Hi, I’m Sarah – I teach Yoga and fitness to women of all ages, but mostly to those who are at a time in their life when they need to re-connect to their power within and take some much needed time back for themselves.
As women we juggle lots of different roles, for some of us quite effortlessly but as we start to move into our 40s things can start to become a bit more challenging. We are navigating balancing those roles as our bodies and hormones are changing. The responsibilities and caregiving we do for others can take priority over our own wellbeing and we can start to lose a sense of who we are…
