Private sessions in yoga and Pilates are available for individuals or small groups — you can work one-to-one or team up with friends or family.

Sessions can take place in your home across Essex (including Loughton, Woodford Green, Buckhurst Hill, and Chigwell), or online via Zoom.

Sarah has been an incredible virtual teacher throughout lockdown, not being able to attend classes in person this has been a great way for me to keep moving at home. I am a busy mum of two, with home learning taking up lots of my time it wasn’t easy to then motivate myself to join online but I am so glad I did. Her classes have been a lifesaver for me, the evening classes really help me slowdown and get ready for a calmer evening after a stressful day. The weekend morning classes got me motivated for a more productive day. Highly recommended for a down to earth no judgement class with lovely ladies.

Sarah’s classes are a perfect mix of calm and strength. I start the class feeling stiff, tired with low energy and after I feel amazing! My mind is calm, I’ve had a great stretch and the flow of moves is challenging enough to break a sweat leaving me feeling energised. I love Sarah’s classes as they are always varied, she makes it easy to follow and I get a great workout!
